Yes! You can easily pay for your order in 3, 6, or more installments. To do so, select the Klarna payment method. When you click pay, a separate window will open and you'll be redirected to Klarna. There you can view and select your payment option. Klarna is a third-party provider. Please contact Klarna directly for information about payment terms.

My order

You can order from our online shop as a guest or create a user account. You can create a user account in just a few steps right here in the shop. After registering, you will receive an email with a confirmation link that you must click once. With your customer account, you can view your orders and check their shipping status. To place an order, add the item you want to your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. Enter your contact information and payment method and complete the purchase.
Yes! We currently still offer telephone ordering. Call us at +49 (0) 30 235 913 720 and we'll record your order and details. You'll then receive an order confirmation and invoice from us by email. Once we receive your payment, we'll ship your package.
Your order will be processed automatically and immediately handed over to our delivery service provider. Therefore, direct cancellation is not possible. However, you have the option of returning the package to us free of charge. In this case, please send us an email to service@clr-outdoor.com . We will then contact you and send you a return label via email.
No, discounts and promotions can only be used once per order.

Is your product damaged or are you dissatisfied with the quality? Your feedback is very important to us in improving our quality. We rely on your assistance to process your request promptly.
Yes. We'll cover the costs if you don't like a product or want to return it for any other reason.
To do so, contact us by email at service@clr-outdoor.com and we will send you a free return label by email. Please note that we will only refund your return if you contact us beforehand.
After receiving your shipment, we will inspect the condition of the goods and then refund your money. We will use the same payment method you used when placing your order.
After we receive your return, we will inspect the package contents. We will then confirm receipt of your return via email. It may take up to 10 days for you to receive confirmation with all the refund details. If you don't hear from us within 10 days, please contact us by email at service@clr-outdoor.com. Don't forget to include your order number and a photo of your return receipt.
You can return items to us free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times within Germany typically take 2-3 business days. We hand over orders to our parcel delivery team Monday through Thursday by 12:00 PM. We have no control over delivery delays caused by the parcel service.
Shipping costs in our shop are calculated automatically during checkout.
Our kayaks are shipped in a standard box measuring 80 x 60 x 35 cm and delivered to your door without any hassle.
We currently only deliver within Germany . If you live in another country, please contact us using the contact form and we will make you a personalized offer.
The parcel delivery service depends on your delivery address: Germany: UPS or DHL Austria/Switzerland: in consultation with us Other: DHL International
Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service because the package is too large for the Packstation and we mainly ship with UPS.
